Release Details

Currently my dolls are in high demand and because of this, they sell out within minutes. 

As I am a small business with myself designing & handcrafting your dolls, this limits me to a strict amount of dolls that can be produced within a certain timeframe.  

Due to the high amount of customer traffic at the time of release, together with the limited amount of dolls. Means that sometimes you may have an item in your cart which becomes unavailable at the time that you are completing the checkout process.  

Please keep in mind that even though you may have a doll in your cart, it is not classed as yours yet. It is only yours when you have successfully checked out and received the confirmation email from me.

Please be reassured that you will NOT be charged for any item that was not successfully purchased.  I apologise in advance for any distress that this may cause.

I will hold another release as soon as I possibly can. Normally within 2 months. Once a release date & time is set it will be visible here on the front page of this website. Or on Instagram at @peonypixies in the bio and in stories.
